Well, I am looking for tradesmen to help me maintain the house for the comfort and safety of the new tenants. I am looking for a handyman to help put up new curtain poles and to do small bits of decorating, change locks etc. I am also looking for an electrician to put up special lights which come on when there is movement in the hallways and also to change two of the bathroom extractor fans.
