  The sign posted in Sunset said "Injured marine life. Stay back. Lifeguard and Pacific Marine Mammal Center notified." No one got near him that I saw. A couple were protecting him from anyone trying to get too close but then he jumped up and decided to go back in water. I would rather see him there than stranded on beach.
