  I do as much work as I can on my own cars in my garage. I was doing the brakes on my minivan and there was a pair of bolts that I just could NOT loosen to save my life. Tried everything, felt like I was going to break my car. I called these guys and explained the situation They took my van, lifted it up, and a mechanic broke the bolts loose for me, gave me my car back and wished me luck in finishing the job. No charge.
