I am a fully qualified Massage Therapist specialising in Pregnancy massage in Wimborne, Poole and Bournemouth. I am fully insured and am registered with the Federation of Holistic therapists.
Having gone through the miracle of childbirth, twice, I know what an amazing and emotional roller coaster it can be! I also know how much extra strain our bodies are put under during this time.
Massage is extremely beneficial, not only to the mother but to the unborn baby as well. There are numerous emotional and physiological benefits associated with pregnancy massage and I want to be able to share it with all of you!
To make things even easier I will come to your own home and create a relaxing environment for you and baby to enjoy.

The Pregnancy Massage - £25 – This routine includes the back, bump, neck, shoulders, face and head. An upper body massage that lasts around 40 mins.
The Luxury Pregnancy Massage - £40 – This routine includes all of the above but includes arms and legs, a full body massage lasting around an hour, guaranteed to make you feel totally relaxed! Very popular in the final trimester!
Deep Tissue Massage ( not available if pregnant) - £40 - Specifically designed to rid knots, tension, increase flexibility and mobility. Each massage is tailored to the needs of each individual. This is a deeper massage that can cause slight discomfort at times as tight muscles are being worked, however the amount of pressure applied is always agreed with the client. .
