Ashiatsu Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage

Therapeutic Massage
Meant to target problem spots with maximum efficiency, this massage is customizable to each client. This therapy utilizes firm massage strokes, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, passive joint movements, hot stones, hot towels and aromatherapy to effectively reduce pain and encourage rehabilitation in overworked, overstressed and injured muscle tissue.

Pregnancy Massage
Perfect for the tired mother-to-be! Firm pressure is used to help relieve lower back pain and reduce the stress and anxiety that frequently accompany pregnancy. Safe aromatherapy oils and warm towels are included.

Swedish Relaxation Massage
Meant to maximize the body’s relaxation response, Swedish massage uses a series of long gliding strokes and gentle pressure to lull you into a state of bliss. Hot towels and aromatherapy are included to encourage further relaxation.

Hot Stone Massage
Basalt stones are heated to a comfortable temperature and used to melt away muscle tension and stress. Combined with hot towels and aromatherapy, it is the ultimate relaxation experience.

Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will require a non-refundable payment in full at the time of rescheduling and a 50% payment for the missed appointment.
