My mom boarded her dog at Franklin Pet Ranch in Franklin. It isn't really close to you but it is a VERY nice facility that is part of a vet. It is owned by the vets that also run Bradshaw vet, if you are familiar with them at all. Here is their website. http://www.franklinpet.com/
