  I don't usually complain about local businesses but friends of ours also had problems. I'll refrain from naming them but it's a local kennel/groomer. I called several times and left msgs about getting a dog groomed and finally around 11 they decided to call back-not bad, they were suppose to be open at 7. now i hear about some friends-also for grooming-that were told that in addition to rabies shots they also needed distemper and bordatella. I have only ever been asked for rabies-every time-so i finally made copies of our 3 dogs and gave them to them-they seem to have problems entering the dates into the computer and i got tired of hunting them down. I think i've had enough of these ppl-although i like the groomer and she's not the problem but i think it's time to go elsewhere. I need a place that knows their business hrs and are actually there.(the above incident wasn't the only occurrence-have had several appointments and no one there) any recommendations?

  Classy Critters in Lake Zurich. Kathy Lersch is the owner and does an awesome job on our dogs. 847-540-7570! Dogs aren't in a kennel but in an open space, which isn't so stressful.
