My friend has a flat, and when he went to change the tire, the lug nuts broke... meaning a traditional towing method won't work. I'm hoping to help him find someplace that can tow it, or better yet, a place that could tow it and also has the capabilities to fix it, ideally! =) I remembered seeing a post on one of these group pages for a individual that had a flat bed and towed cars locally.
