Island Coast Tree Service offer different services ranging from hazardous tree removal, pruning of fruit trees, mulching of branches to grinding of stumps.
Our customer range from residential properties, Queensland Government and Local Businesses.
We are a locally owned and operated business who can provide prompt reliable service with quality results.
QUOTES
We provide FREE Quotations and detail what tree works are to be carried out. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date shown on the quotation unless otherwise stated.
Alterations made to quotations may require a new quote, unless otherwise discussed with Jason.
Accepted quotes will be scheduled as soon as possible with other jobs in similar area. Each accepted quote will be placed in a queue and we will contact you when we can schedule your job, Jobs prioritization is required in certain circumstances pending on tree conditions.
We will always endeavor to accommodate specific date or time requests however this is not always possible, and Jason will do his best to work this out with the customer.
INSURANCE
Jason has the skills, techniques and equipment to remove trees safely, efficiently and with a minimum of disturbance. The safety of property and persons is of up most importance. Appropriate techniques are used to ensure that you, your property and the general public are protected during the removal process. We hold the correct insurances in Public Liability and Workers Compensation insurance, so you can rest easy in the knowledge we fully insured.
We will happily provide a copy of any Certificate of Currency on quote acceptance - if requested.
SAFETY
Jason has the skills, techniques and equipment to remove trees safely, efficiently and with a minimum of disturbance. The safety of property and persons is of up most importance.
LIABILITY
We will not be held responsible for any damage to / resulting from items, services or hazards that are not removed or made obvious to Island Coast Tree Service at the time of... show more quote acceptance.
These items, services or hazards include but are not limited to:
Utility lines and cables
Sewerage
Pot Plant
Ornaments
MULCH
Mulch created from tree work can be left on site by request.
CLAIMS
If any claim for damage against Island Coast Tree Services are made, we must be notified within 48 hours from completion of the job to ensure responsibility is accepted by Island Coast Tree Service for claims that are warrantable.
