About us
Hi! I'm Erin and I like to bake cakes.
I started baking and decorating cakes my senior year of college.
I volunteered with a local hospice organization and was able to
create the birthday cakes for the patients. This opportunity
allowed me to not only learn new decorating skills but also
helped me to develop how to truly personalize a cake for
someone. I'm mostly self taught and I primarily use
buttercream for all decorating.
Decorating cakes gives me a break from working full-time and
pursuing my graduate degree. I would love to talk to you about
your upcoming cake needs!
It is best to order at least 2 weeks prior to your special event.
However, sometimes I do have last minute openings!
Because each cake is created and personalized to your cake
needs, pricing depends on multiple factors.
Please let me know the date you need the cake, decoration
ideas/theme, and approximately how many people you need
to serve. This will help us start the planning process!
