  Looking for program that helps get cats fixed So, when I used to live in Belleville there was a program called Fixed Fur Life that helped low income individuals with the costs of getting their cats fixed. I have a friend who has a kitten who’s going into heat now and I’m looking for any help I can give them to get their cat spayed. Is there a similar program in Kingston or does anyone know of any vets who do spaying at decent prices? Thanks!
