  Tenants caused MAJOR destruction of lawn...as in lawn is completely dead and crumbled to dust. Anyone have a good recommendation for bulk sod and gravel wholesale? If nothing else to bid the work so we can see what we are looking at cost wise, probably doing the work ourselves so no need for a landscaper. Thanks!
