Hello community! I'm currently on holidays overseas but I've looked at photos of myself and realised how big I've gotten over the last few years. I'd really love to do something about it. I probably need to lose 10-15kg to be at a good weight. Can I please have recommendations for the best diets, group fitness classes, personal trainers etc on an affordable budget please. I'm a fussy eater so dieting has always been my struggle. Any other advice is welcome! Thank you :)
