  Kari I just went through the exact same thing. I actually used Walter Williams property management - it's $50 per adult application fee. They got us approved in a few days and we move next weekend into a 4 bedroom 2 bath. Do a search on their website werentsunshine.com and call Susan with questions. 3865977910.
