  Australians allergy moms I need your help! Where do you go (in Sydney, Brisbane and Cairns) to buy allergen free food? Is there an allergy friendly restaurant in Sydney, Brisbane or Cairns? I'm traveling with my husband and my two kids who are allergic to dairy, egg, soy, fish, banana and kiwi, and I have a hard time finding snacks and breakfast food.

  I'm an Aussie in sydney - There is a great supermarket called About Life - all things organic, allergy friendly and lots to choose from - snacks, whole foods etc. There are 5 stores around the sydney area. Most restaurants in sydney deal very well with food allergics. Just talk with the wait staff about your food allergies and they generally do their best to help you out. Many restaurants are starting to mark on their menus which meals are GF, DF, EF. http://aboutlife.com.au/store/
