  Any help or suggestions would be great. My neighbor who is a 70 year old Vietnam Vet is losing his home and isn't sure where he is going...so I'm hoping to help place his cat. He has a female cat, she is part Siamese and about 7. He has asked me to help him find her a home, very reluctantly. I would take her but I have a dog and two cats. He has had her since she was a kitten and hates to lose her (he loves that cat) but since he doesn't know after August 9th where he'll live, he has asked me to help find her a home. She is an indoor and outdoor cat and I just can't imagine her having to go to a shelter. Any suggestions?

  My very, very close friend is an attorney that specializes in aiding homeless veterans. She owns and runs the Veterans Legal Institute in OC. Website is www.vetslegal.com. I'm sure she has tons of free resources for him.
