  I've had a contract with R&L, 2125 W Fifth Ave. at Riverside Dr. for about 2 years. 3 studios there. A and B are the largest about 30 x30 each. All have professional speed lights, soft boxes, hair lights (A and B) , rim lights, and loads of props and various sofas, seating, etc. Photos and rates on their website.   R&L Digital Photo on 5 th ave near Grandview has 2 studios and building out a 3 rd. I have used this space many times. Lots of props. Studio A has a white cyc wall plus multiple backdrops and backgrounds on the walls. Equipped with White Lightning strobes and big softboxes. They supply the radio triggers or bring your own.
