The vet we took him too basically gave us few options: Here is my original screen shots..I'd like to get a second opinion, but after today's bill of $450 just for X-rays, sedation and the pain meds for the weekend we can't afford more X-rays and another full vet bill. Any one know of a good vet (or is there a vet tech out there that could ask the DR they work with) that would give us a second opinion on what we may be able to do, without charging us an arm and leg.   you may have already found it, www.tripawds.com forum for tripods and their owners :), There is a harness called ruff wear that is very helpful for both you and the dog to get adjusted and balanced in the beginning. You can borrow ours if you want, just message me.

  Colin Schmolin has a question for us. One of my boys is having his FR leg amputated tomorrow (bone cancer) and I'm trying to find a company who makes fleece coats or body warmers for amputees. Does anyone know any please? I'm in UK and so far all I've found is rear leg ones. Ideally I want something that will cover his chest and stump. Thanks in advance

  Tripawds.com is a great resource. I have min pin that had front left amputated, finding jackets and sweaters can be tricky because most rely on the front legs to hold in place. Best wishes for speedy recovery
