  A couple years back there was a great little Thai place called Pho 2 in Olathe on Hwy 7 & Elm. The best pad thai and spring rolls w/ peanut sauce that have ever crossed my lips. Then it just disappeared w/o a trace. I tried to contact the owner/ chef in hopes of finding her food someplace else, but my emails went unanswered. Does anybody know what happened?
