  Alicia you can get housing assistance from NOHA too you might want to call clatsop county community action and tell them your situation and you can also go through northwest senior and disabled services and get help and such too clatsop community action is (503) 325-1400 and the Northwest senior and disablities agency is (503) 861-4200 and tell them your situation and they can probably get you help with snap and sign you up for section 8 so you can get rental assistance and get something decent :)
