  'Three Thieves' is Still around...sort of!!! My coworker and his wife used to work there. They bought the rights to all the original recipes, etc. It's now called 'Park East' in Pueblo. Even the building looks similar. The food is absolutely dead on. The bread, prime rib, dressings, tempura shrimp, onion rings, etc. http://www.parkeastdining.com
