  Did if it fail following the storm the other week as ours did, blew the LNB on the dish, swapped over to the connections on the dish spare two and it fixed it. Also more info here to check http://www.skyhdsolutions.com/no-satellite-signal-being-received/ If your under contract they should come out FOC.
