  Looking for an honest a/c repairman who does not try to rip you off. We gave the sellers of our new property possession after closing for two days and when we got possession the ac was not operational. Seller states that it was working when he left 45 minutes prior. Which is very odd considering it was 78 when we got here and never dropped. I guess some people are ok with not doing the right thing but we would like to get honest recommendations since the home warranty has already refused to cover it stating that they would not cover things that were not functional at possession.
