  Hi! Looking for advice, hit a pothole in my car and its making a funny noise. Had my usual ‘homer’ mechanic out and advised it was a ball joint so had it replaced but still making the noise. I know ZERO about cars, can someone advise where I can take it to have it looked over properly? Council gave me a claim form but I need an official ‘quote’ for works . Been calling Halfords and can’t get through!? Not sure what garages would be reliable ? Any advice appreciated!
