I convinced my family to leave our lovely, comfortable house for the promise of all that owning lots of land could bring. In 2010, we moved into an 1800's farmhouse complete with 1800's farmhouse issues and lost soul "Chet" who was kind enough to routinely run our kitchen appliances for us. The house came with a barn, which I promptly filled with Nigerian Dwarf Goats. Chickens soon followed.
I created this facebook page to keep you up to date on all of the discoveries that happen here, products for sale from the farm and homestead kitchen, and more animal pictures than you probably care to see.
Any bakers in the area interested in a cookie/whoopie pie job?

Depending on the date and what exactly you need, I may be able to do it if you're interested. I have a homestead kitchen. https://www.facebook.com/Nuthin.Fancy.Farm.NH
Hi Everyone. I need to get a new barn built and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on who I should contact for an estimate. Has anyone had a good experience with a local builder? TIA
Cathy S. replied:
Thanks everyone. Kristen Venner, I would love to see your barn if it's not a bother. Whenever is good for you, let me know. You can message me or text 603-566-1213. Thanks.
