  Ritch Tinkey, Freedom VA Siding & Decks, 804-240-6812 -- he did a Lake Room (four-season room), a shed, a dock, some steps and a landing for us...the only thing he didn't do is what he's probably best at -- a deck! He was thoroughly reliable, did top-notch work, and was reasonable in his costs. I can't recommend him highly enough!
