  Tony and I are looking for a landscaper who will come out and clean up our new property. We moved back in December and the seller left it a bit of a mess for us. We need a bunch of leaves cleared out, potential tree removal, a bunch of plants ripped out, and other things like that. We'd like someone who can help us design the landscaping to be super low maintenance. We also need our new fence stained and sealed, not sure if that would go to a landscaper or if we need a painter. We will also be needing a new deck in the near future so there is potential for a big future project.

  Recommendations for someone to clean vinyl deck railing and a large Trex deck? Not sure power washing alone will do it - lots of green algae/mildew - and I think the Trex will need soft wash. Thanks!

  Depends on which generation of Trex you have. The newest Transcends can be power washed. The older generations should be cleaned by a two step process that does not involve power washing. We actually hand scrub the Trex to remove mold and mildew and then apply a product that neutralizes the tannins from the wood content in the Trex. This gets rid of the stubborn black spots that tens to remain after soft washing or light pressure washing.
