  I would REALLY recommend using Chris Long at Long's Home Repair@252-813-4708. He can take care of both the roofing and plumbing. He put out roof on our historical house and handled a few other issues we had. PS - remember if she is in the historical district she will have to submit to the historical commission for approval. Please share with her my name and email: Ann@mindthegappr.com and I can be helpful as a new home owner of a historical house. Plus my husband is a member of the historical commission and he tell her what she needs to do to submit.
