I am looking for a facility that will cater to 100-150 people, somewhere west of (or west end of) Ottawa between Perth and Kanata. Somewhere where refreshments and food are available (catered by them or an outside company) and preferably outside with tents to enjoy the warm weather. We need a company or team that will set everything up, take everything down and help ensure that everything runs smoothly. This is a diy type wedding and we are not very traditional so would appreciate someone who "gets" us, who can make decisions that are in line with our vision of the day and who will appreciate that the groom and I want to enjoy our day and not be stressed out by minor details. I have already looked into Party Rentals, Lili Rentals and Mariage de Rêve, all of which charge a hefty delivery fee. I need it delivered in Thurso, Québec for my barn wedding and can't seem to find a place that won't charge me an arm. Any advice?
