Gavin P. replied:We can offer advice to anybody considering any building work from planning/building regs, to best/most cost effective way of achieving what it is you want. We now offer a design and build service, if you've not appointed an architect yet, speak to us, certainly don't let an architect persuade you he needs to produce endless drawings to get you through Building Regs, this isn't necessary.
