We just finished ours with Elkstone. Final cost was between $40-45/sq foot (we added a small kitchen and 3/4 bath which drives the cost up). They finished in 6 weeks (would have been 5, but we did the painting ourselves to save money). They are very professional and will do a design and estimate for you for free (you don't pay anything until the framing is up). They outline every single cost for you and set up a website for you with the day-by-day calendar of what is being done each day.
