Planning on getting my first tattoo next year so I've got time but would like to get to know some artists in the mean time. Rough idea of what I want would be a shoulder/sleeve tattoo of an oriental dragon with a yin-yang in its mouth. I plan to leave the details to the artist so establishing a more personal relationship with the artist would be ideal.   Does the shop need to be in Madison? I got both my tattoos from Zach Black at [Serenity Ink](http://www.serenityink414.com/) when I was working in Milwaukee. Great artists at that place.
