  Help! My back has seized up yesterday and don’t like the prospect of spending Christmas in agony. Been seeing wonderful physio (Beth Le Grand) over last few months and had acupuncture but also used Henry at wokingham chiropractic centre for years. They are both closed for Christmas so wondering if anyone knows a gentle chiropractor/physio/oestopath who are working today. Pretty desperate as pain levels high and hardly able to move

  Maybe not, but I objected to paying a lot of money to Berkshire Physio and only seeing an assistant who has no training. A fully qualified sports therapist has done an Honours Degree.
