I'm aware of websites and have used these to enquire but they all appear to be booked!   Hi, I use this co who do an affordable meet and greet service at both terminals at Gatwick, call 01293 853052 or 07866 018786. Last time I used them last year i paid £55 for 12 days so hopefully a week will be in your budget, have used them 3 or 4 times x
