  Hi, looking for recommendations for a good dog trainer around Mtn Creek. Have 2 male English staffies, Mack 2.5yrs desexed and Axel 1 year 3 months not desexed(although was desexed as of Monday). Up until last Thursday they were the best of mates and never fought at all, however Axel broke out for the day playing with the girl dog next door. Mack stayed home all day as he knows not to leave the yard. Picked up Axel after work and the second he re entered the yard it was on! They literally attacked eachother. We separated them and put my older dog at my sisters as any time they could they would now attack eachother. Vet said to bring mack home and see how they go today, but same thing- wanting to fight. Anyone with knowledge of how to help or someone that can please leave some info, it will be greatly appreciated as we do not want to have to get rid of either or both dogs!

It's Involving anxiety due to being attacked buy an intruding dog He now has strong aggression when near other dogs! He doesn't come back if he gets out/off his lead, he pulls a lot of his lead and just doesn't listen. I don't A obedience trainer. I don't want to go to obedience classes they're no good.   Has anyone got recommendations for a dog behaviouralist specifically for dominance aggression? There are many online courses that seem to have varied ideas but I think we need someone to do personal consultations to understand the specific dynamics involved. Due to this being such a serious and dangerous issue we can't afford to have someone not experienced in this type of behaviour tackle it unsuccessfully. It involves a much loved 12 yr old female Jack russell and 6 month female Jack Russell puppy. We have a vet appointment Friday (earliest we can get) to discuss options but wanted some other opinions if anyone has had to experience this as well. Thanks in advance for any ideas to investigate further.

  Look up http://kats4 dogs.com.au/ Her methods seems to be very different to the common methods. And based on synopsis on her posts, she seems to know what she's doing. I haven't used her personally. But I've used a behaviorist in Sydney who used similar methods with great results.

One is a blue cattle dog who is very protective of me and the other is a puppy who is also a 'mummys boy' I've had the cattle dog longer so I believe he thinks the puppy is trying to take his Territory the problem is the puppy is bigger then the cattle dog and when they fight they are both too stubborn to let go so I end up with a $300 vet bill, they have been separated for two weeks now but I can't keep one inside and the other outside all day and the last thing I want to do is to have to choose to get rid of one.
