Time Line Therapy Throughout our lives we are very good at holding on to negative thoughts and behaviour, over time this weighs us down and we become stuck in our day to day life and wonder how and where are next direction is or even how to get there. Time Line therapy is a wonderful therapy that allows us through our subconscious mind to discover when we first felt, anger, fear, hurt sadness and guilt and to let go of these negative emotions and give us the freedom to pursue our goals and lifeβs purpose
Hubby really wants to quit smoking and was looking into hypnotherapy. Any local recommendations? Or anything else people had success with eg laser/acupuncture
