We have been looking for a small farm and have a few possibles, but would like to also consider starting from scratch with raw land. Would be nice to get a builder who knows how to put up a barn, too, so I would just have to deal with one person, but not a must, can always go to a speciality person fo r the barn. Just want to run the numbers with a few builders to see if this might be a better option for us. Thanks for any recommendations. Doesn't need to be a fancy house, nothing elaborate, as Iam a pretty simple person and straight forward is fine with me, meaning uncomplicated, basic house designs. Baically looking to find out how mcuh a much a three bedroom with two bathrooms house, that is say around 1800 sq ft, with the ability for addtions to be added later, if we desire one.
