  I charge $100.00 for highlight and cut😊 yes I know all about thin hair too. You should never put bleach in your hair as it will cause breakage. I use highlight color which has protein and keratin to help keep your hair healthy. I am at salon lofts at Stoneridge plaza. 614-557-1805.
