Any opinions on local gyms or personal trainers? The baby is now 18 time to loose the baby weight. I am very self conscious so large groups of young fit kids will kill it for me. Tried lifestyles a couple years ago but felt alone and floundering so I kept paying that year but quit going. I need direction and encouragement. Not even a little interested in weight watchers or any of the diet stuff. I sit at a desk all day for the past 20 years and I need to get my body moving.
