  can anyone recomend an architect i can use to do finish out plans with the city? Now, dont kill me, but many (I didnt say all) are pointy pencil headed highly educated but no common sense kind of guys, that arent pragmatic about sch projects, dotn care what they cost implciations of their plans are,a nd dotn know how to deal with or negotiate with city officials, rather than just doing what the cirty requires. City officials arent going to tell ythem how to sole issues, or other approaches to deal with planning issues and costs, so the archictect has to be common sensical. all that said, any recomendations in dallas or ft worth? I dotn need one that is part of a large firm, billings are too high.
