  my 11 month old is gluten and dairy I've found source cafe are amazing with allergies, the lakeside cafe are if you phone in advance the cafe at the tennis courts will make a special cake if you phone on advance. Truro do gf waffles and df ice cream (by subway opposite Argos) I recommend you like a page called gluten free Cornwall.
