  Maybe Wellness Chiropractic in Watertown. Dr. Brad Wehking. He is awesome and does work on kids but I am not sure about babies. The number is 920-262-0200. They take almost all insurance including Medicare and Medicaid. He treats both of my kids. He doesn't crack, he just stimulates different nerves using an activator.
