  Looking for a 3 bedroom family friendly home. (I have 2 children, both honor roll students) Preferably in the Carrollton / Villa Rica area, but I would be open to other areas not too far from Carrollton. A home in the Bay Springs Middle / Villa Rica High area would be great. Would like to pay around $700 a month, but can do more for the right home. I have the money for deposit, just looking for the home. Would like to find a home before school starts in case it is out of the district they are enrolled in.
