  Sooo renovation that we didn't want to do but will have to do because of plumbing issue. We will have to rip our carpet up in the dining room and living room. Probably replace dining room floor and probably the wall between dining room and kitchen. If wall costs too much to fix probably just knock it out and figure out new design for kitchen. So anyone have any good designers and/or contractors they can recommend that won't rip us off?
