All our meals and treats are all made with the freshest available ingredients, real potatoes and homemade pastry, wrapped up and frozen, with cooking instructions.
Most of the meals are already cooked, but need to be reheated so that the flavors meld together. See our menu for a description of each meal and our photo albums for photos of everything we make. Menu's can be found in the photo album section.
We do our best to keep our prices low buy keeping a keen eye for sales, and by using cottage cheese instead of ricotta in lasagna (lower fat content too!) and buying in bulk when we can.
As you can see we use turkey as our poultry and that's because they go on sale throughout the year, unlike chicken, which is quite expensive.
Our meals are low sodium, and not too spicy..easy enough to add some salt and or other spices. We have found that more people appreciate this. Also, we don't use preservatives or MSG.
We are both safe-food handling certified and our kitchen is certified by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit, inspected every 3 months.
We wouldn't sell anything that WE wouldn't eat.
Our home is smoke-free and cat-free, no cat hairs in the meals. :)
Peanut allergies: Though none of our meals have peanut products in them, we are not a peanut-free home. Very few of our desserts have peanuts.
Prices and availability subject to change.
We offer pick-up only, on specified dates to be announced or arranged with the customer. We both work regular jobs, so aren't always home/open. Delivery available for large orders.
Please place an order ahead so we'll put it aside for you as meals can sells real fast.
