  Hi I am currently trying to buy my first house, somewhere in the Newbury / Thatcham / Theale area and its not going anywhere near according to plan, can anybody in here recommend any estate agents in this area that are actually helpful, that actually call when they say they will etc etc. So far the experience has been really really poor (I know its going to be stressful, but currently I cant even get to see houses as they don't respond or tell me yes you can see it, then I chase them up about the appointments and it oh yeah we sold that days ago). Failing that is anybody trying to sell a 1 / 2 bed flat or small house in this area, not too fussed if it needs a spot of redecorating, new kitchen, bathroom etc as this can all be sorted.
