Cakes should taste as good as they look.
I create modern cake designs, whether it be a fondant finish, buttercream finish or a naked cake. I love working with colour and texture to create a stunning cake.
My cakes are all tailor made entirely for you so no two cakes are ever alike, either in design or flavours.
I use exceptional ingredients for the best possible flavour and texture of cake. This includes organic milk and butter, free range eggs, fair trade sugars, organic Sicilian lemons, organic Madagascan Vanilla and organic, fair trade Belgian chocolate.
Oh, and I bake for all dietary requirements so even if you are gluten free, dairy free, eggless, all of the above or something else, I can make you a cake that will taste incredible.
