  The health departments are where you can get that situated. The address for WIC is 320 Rinehart Rd, Branson, MO and the phone number is 417-334-4544. For the rest you can get them situated at the DFS office. The address is 2720 Shepherd of the Hills Expy, Branson, MO and the phone number is 417-339-0063. You will have to call WIC and set up and appointment and the rest you would have to go in and fill out the paperwork. For WIC though they will want you to have Oklahoma fax them your past WIC records. They will set up an appointment for you and then give you the fax number and want you to make sure that Oklahoma faxes the records before your appointment.
