  Shelly Fair I believe crab bags are steamed to order so you can probably request heavy or light and I am not sure about crab alley. We like them heavily seasoned and crab bag is our first choice. Best of luck to you. I hope you enjoy your crabs wherever you end up. Fair warning. Crab bag is extremely busy. Recommend getting there by 4 to avoid long wait for seating. They have outside seating and upstairs outdoor deck as well. You should check out their fb or web page.
