We use DIV Cleaning Service for gutters and power washing. They're pretty cheap, but good. I have to say, they don't always show up when they are sup to - b/c inclement weather might get them back logged - which I think is reasonable, what I don't like is that they might not call to say they're not coming on time/not at all. But since they are super cheap for gutter cleaning - it doesn't bother me. smile emoticon They just did our gutters (house and "outbuildings), power washed decks (3), house/detached garage, driveway/walkway, and stockade fence fronts.
